Isabel Marant for H&M's online shoppers are experiencing post-order cancellations beyond their control. Our sister site reports that this unfortunate glitch is fallout from last week's H&M e-commerce crash on the collab's launch date. One tipster revealed the site's cancellation message: "Unfortunately this item has been cancelled due to quality defects or non-delivery from the manufacturer." Quality defects?
