When it comes to fusing fashion with punk's ethos of edgy upcycling, LA jeweler Jelena Nik clearly nails it. The designer's just-launched line, Nik Stone, is a haute take on hardware store staples, transforming everyday objects like nails, hammers and wrenches into totally wearable pieces. Adding to the tough brand's charm is the fact that it all pays homage to the designer's late father, a civil engineer. (Sweet!)
Priced from $105 to $995, the industrial-inspired collection includes the seriously stackable Nailed It bracelet and the chic and slick Six Nut earrings—all crafted from super luxe sterling silver and finished off with a signature black diamond. Expect to see it all joining the arm parties of local blogstars any minute now.
