Just like Zara last month, promising plywood has popped up on two highly-anticipated storefronts: Sandro and The Kooples. Given that both are crazy-popular French labels making their LA debuts later this year, it's pretty exciting to see their dreamy logos covering what will soon be essential shopping destinations.
Over in Beverly Hills, Sandro's second third West Coast store (they opened in Vegas back in May and San Francisco in August) is taking over 310 N. North Beverly Drive, the quaint space formerly occupied by upscale golf apparel and accessories boutique Bobby Jones. Nestled between childrenswear shop Tutu's Kids and Leon's Fine Jewelry, the store simply notes that it's opening fall 2013.
At 100 South Robertson Blvd, The Kooples is taking over a massive corner space for its first-ever US store, currently offering passerbys a taste of their signature couples campaigns. While their opening notice is more vague than Sandro's (signage just says "Opening Soon"), Kooples offers an actual email address to hit up if you're interest in working there: uscareers@thekooples.com.
