Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

If Westwood's creative pop-up shops and Echo Park's newest DIY market will be your go-to for handmade giftables, here's yet stop to place on your holiday shopping radar. Now in its 28th year, the Contemporary Crafts Market is bringing a whole lot of folk art goodness and handcrafted merch to the Pasadena Convention Center this weekend.

Taking place Friday, November 1st and Saturday, November 2nd from 10am to 6pm and Sunday, November 3rd from 10am to 5pm, expect to find over 200 local vendors offering one-of-a-kind fashion (including famed costume designer Claudia Grau's eco-luxe threads), furniture, decor, fine arts, accessories, collectibles and much more at the three-day marketplace. Tickets are $8 (kids under 12 are free), but a limited number of free passes are also available at the door when you bring a digital or paper copy of their online flyer.

Into it? Check out the market's Pinterest page for a preview of top picks here.
