Victoria's Secret knows fitness-obsessed LA all too well. To shame us into getting in shape promote their latest line of sexy sports bras—which they're dubbing "The World's Best"—VS Angel (and Angeleno!) Alessandra Ambrosio graced the Beverly Center to sport (ha!) the lingerie retailer's new gear for the press and meet with fans later that evening.

After checking out the brand's latest activewear merch (and promptly planning a visit to the gym), we had a chat with the Brazilian beauty and mother of two to find out her top places shop, where she goes to get fit and what's in her fall wardrobe.

Alright, so what makes this the best sports bra ever?
"It has something for every body—it doesn't matter what kind of exercise you're into, it gives you the right support, it's really comfortable, and it makes you look sexy!"

Awesome! Speaking of exercise, where do you get fit in LA?
"I do love [going] outdoors; I like to hang out with my friends at the beach and play volleyball; you get a really great workout just jumping around in the sand—and you get a nice tan! I love going to surf; surfing [at Surfrider Beach in Malibu] is one of my favorite things to do. But when I hit the gym, I like spinning at SoulCycle; I really like the music that they play there. It's an intense 45 minutes but you feel it. You get results."

We know you love Isabel Marant, but where else do you go in LA to shop?
"I love Planet Blue here in LA! I also love going the Brentwood Country Mart and Malibu Country Mart; those are two of my favorite places to walk around and seeing what's going on in the fashion world."

Nice! Now that it's fall, what are some of your fave pieces in your wardrobe right now?
"Oh, I just got these biker boots that I really like, they're YSL. And this good Levi's vintage denim jacket, too."
