Take that, The Bloc. Just when 7th Street's Macy's Plaza was starting to hijack buzz from DTLA's other rising retail destinations with its fancy renovations, nearby FIGat7th has stolen the show once again. The shopping center home to CityTarget, Sport Chalet and soon, Zara, has just landed a jumbo H&M flagship.

According to LA Times, the new store will clock in at 32,000 square feet, which, besides that megastore in New York, is much larger than the Swedish fast-fashion retailer's other US locations. Racked friend Brigham Yen nabbed a shot of the under-construction H&M, confirming its takeover of the second floor space formerly occupied by Robinsons-May.

Like Zara, H&M DTLA is set to open spring 2014.
