Actress Cate Blanchett was recently spotted wearing a black lace dress by LA-based edgy boho designer Raquel Allegra. The LAT reports that Allegra was such a huge fan of the Academy Award-winning starlet that she shipped over a package containing pieces from her pre-spring 2014 collection "through a friend of a friend"—and Blanchett ultimately chose one of the frocks for a luncheon promoting her film, Blue Jasmine, in NYC.
