When it comes to risqué fashion, Rihanna reigns supreme. Her Instagram feed alone reads like a Rated R lookbook and is filled with both head-turning and head-scratching snaps of the star wearing looks from global and local designers, like LA's Mikoh and Whitney Eve. But who's on RiRi best-dressed list? Here's what she told Glamour for their November issue, out on October 8th:

Oh my God, are you kidding me? Nicole Richie. She just pisses me off, she's so good. But you know who is the best who ever did it? Princess Diana. She was like—she killed it. Every look was right. She was gangsta with her clothes. She had these crazy hats. She got oversize jackets. I loved everything she wore.
