WEHO/BEVERLY GROVE—LA-based clothing label Tovar has been tasked with redesigning the staff uniforms at the Palihotel and the Palihouse. The new outfits, pictured above, will roll out at both properties this month. [Racked Inbox]

BEVERLY HILLS—A woman is suing Tory Burch LLC for the treatment she received as an employee of the brand's Beverly Hills boutique. According to TMZ, Jessica Jones' lawsuit alleges that during the time of employment at the designer's flagship, "she was called everything from a 'disgusting' homosexual to a 'n***er' by a manager and co-workers."
