Max Greenfield Sweats it Out, Again, for Charity at SoulCycle

New Girl star Max Greenfield might not claim to be the hardest working actor in Hollywood, but from what we've seen he's got a shot at the title of hardest spinning actor. Sure, Bradley Cooper can take off his shirt in class and cause a ruckus but has he ever sweated it out on the instructor's bike?

Yesterday, Racked suited up for a second Greenfield-led SoulCycle ride with Glamour magazine to benefit the charity Milk + Bookies. The actor, who used to be an instructor at Made in LA Fitness, proceeded to lead one of the toughest spin sessions we've ever encountered. Afterward, he said of his affinity for the exercise (and SoulCycle in general), "There's something a little silly about the whole thing, in the best way possible. We're in this dark room with no windows and they put the music on and you're kind of like, why don't I dance a little? [When you're leading a class], you try to get people to let loose, get excited about the music and go a little nuts. It's just a fun way to work out, rather than going to the gym and being like, I'm going to do chest and tris."

As for how he keeps his body in top form for all those gratituous New Girl shirtless scenes, Greenfield reveals that his new passion is CrossFit. "I do it whenever I can. I go to Brick."
