Gwyneth Paltrow's latest edition of her email newsletter GOOP features two of her favorite LA women: trainer Tracy Anderson and jeweler Jennifer Meyer. Paltrow's collaborated with both on exclusive offerings—with Anderson, a 15-minute workout addendum and with Meyer, a delicate gold necklace that features the word "Mum."

Anderson not only put together a clip for her bestie (and business partner) Paltrow, she also answered questions about diet, nutrition and, of course, fitness. Read the entire thing here and after the jump, check out the video.
