Are bright purple lashes socially acceptable?Lauren Conrad sure thinks so, which is why the designer/author recently posted a tutorial for them on her beauty blog, The Beauty Department. Instead of using a not-as-pigmented colored mascara, Conrad's makeup artist Amy Nadine suggests painting your lashes with colored liquid eyeliner to really make them pop—just don't rub your eyes.
