Shoe designer Angela Scott (of the cheekily-named line The Office of Angela Scott) may reside in Texas, but that doesn't mean that the Santa Barbara native doesn't pine a bit for the West Coast. According to a report in Footwear News, Scott might be returning to Cali with a standalone shop. "I would love to open a [second] store, in California, in the next few years," she said.
