IN PRODUCTION—The founders of Juicy Couture and Skaist-Taylor are coming out with a book, reports WWD. Named The Glitter Plan, it will be written with the assistance of the LA Times' Booth Moore and will tell of Pamela Skaist-Levy and Gela Nash-Taylor's journey from "starting a business with $200" to owning a global brand.
