SHERMAN OAKS—Kid's boutique Tough Cookies at 13638 Ventura Blvd is having a sale this weekend. Starting Saturday, January 26th and running through Monday, January 28th, shop brands like Joe's Jeans, Esme, Topo Ranch and more for 50% off.
