It's not exactly a secret that tiny ball of creative energy Kelly Wearstler loves pressed juices. The designer and interior decorator has talked about her love of green drinks before, but in this month's issue of Bon Appetite Wearstler reveals her super-intense day-to-day routine. It begins with a 5:30am session at Barry's Bootcamp and then continues with a diet of nothing but juice and a little coffee until dinner—something she keeps up seven days a week.
In the profile, which isn't online, she says that her go-to is Erewhon, where she picks up a "Superfood" juice as well as a kale, spinach, lemon, ginger and E3Live blend and then later in the day, drinks water with lemon and alkaline water with cayenne extract. When her Bon App interviewer asks, "What about real, solid food," she replies, "besides almonds or granola, I don't eat a lot during the day—juicing is what gives me energy."
