Zooey Deschanel's 33rd Birthday Involved Lots of Cats

Purveyor of pretty nails (did you catch her mani moment with Ryan Seacrest at the Globes?), Zooey Deschanel celebrated her birthday yesterday. Rather than spend it doing something super-glamorous with all of her famous pals, the notoriously quirky LA-based star hung on the New Girl set with some new friends.

"Today I turned 33 and I worked with a bunch of cats," she revealed on Instagram. "Dreams apparently DO come true." So far, the photo has received 122,000 likes and over 3,500 comments. People really like cats.
