Los Angeles has more stores than anyone could physically tackle, but somehow we always keep returning to the usual suspects. Known for his fashion-inspired documentary photography, Samuel Lippke's work has been featured in magazines like People and in campaigns for brands like Akua Lani, Quail and Howe Clothing; he also counts Farrah Fawcett, Nobu Matsuhisu, Lee Iacocca and Jenna Fischer among his private clients. Here, the glasses-wearing aficionado explains why Guises Shop on Melrose is his go-to.
"As a glasses freak, I can never have too many pairs, one for every occasion. The glasses really just have to be a sexy design, wild and good for your eyes. Whether I'm styling a shoot, or looking for my own collection, I found this shop and I'm hooked. All of their styles are unique and edgy...just the way I like it. This is a must if you're looking for new shades!"
