There's more TV news today, and this one hits close to home: Following Jessica Simpson's NBC sitcom score, LA-based designer Kelly Nishimoto has inked a deal with TLC to co-host a new half-hour, fashion reality series called Something Borrowed, Something New. In case the title didn't give it away, the show is wedding-themed.

As revealed by WWD, the 12-episode series "features brides facing the dilemma of whether to choose a new wedding dress or reworked family heirloom gown." New dress shopping trips will be hosted by stylist Sam Saboura (of Extreme Makeover fame) and heirloom alterations will be led by Nishimoto, who definitely knows a thing or two about revamps. (Remember her sexed-up uniforms for LA's Playhouse nightclub?)

Watch a sneak peek of the show here and catch the premiere on Friday, Feb 8th.
