Ryan Gosling could have been a Backstreet Boy. TMZ recently alerted BSB band member A.J. McLean that the fellow Mickey Mouse Club alum claimed in an interview that he tried to reach out to the boy band when they got big (possibly to join the group), but never heard back. McLean responded that he would have gotten back if he had Gosling's digits and that "he wants Gosling to join the group -- saying Ryan not only has a killer voice, but he's damn handsome to boot (duh)." Just when we thought The Grove's tree lighting bash couldn't possibly get any cooler, we now know that, in some parallel universe, it could have been graced by the Gos.
