Fashion's Night Out is allegedly about shopping, though the crowds at past years' events seemed less interested in opening up their wallets and more interested in open bars. To counter this, many shops are offering discounts for the occasion and a select few are going a step further with merchandise that was designed exclusively for FNO. If the official FNO tee just doesn't cut it for you, here are six shops where you can pick up limited-edition clothes, accessories and beauty products on September 6th.
Ron Herman (8100 Melrose Ave; 6—11pm): J Brand has enlisted LA style blogger Karla Deras to host a FNO bash at this denim mecca along with J Brand men's designer Matt Saam. They'll be debuting J Brand's Brix Power Stretch Cargo in an exclusive-to-FNO colbalt blue hue named "Vintage Nightfall." Click here to see Karla modeling the pants.
Roger Vivier (South Coast Plaza; 6—9pm): Vivier will be selling limited-edition flats he designed specifically for FNO, at a price of $475 per pair. We hear that "limited-edition" might mean just 12 or so will be available, so get there early if you've got your heart set on these.
Etro (461 N Rodeo Dr, Beverly Hills; 6—10pm): Etro will be selling a pretty silk paisley scarf for the evening, of which a portion of the proceeds will be donated to charity.
Chanel (400 N Rodeo Dr, Beverly Hills and 125 N Robertson Blvd; 6—8pm): Chanel's creative director of makeup, Peter Philips, has come out with a collection of three lip and nail duos just for FNO. The "unique plum," "intense pink" and "refined beige" cosmetics will go on sale as of the 6th at all Chanel boutiques and are available for pre-order online right now.
Lanvin (260 N Rodeo Dr, Beverly Hills; 6:30—9:30pm): Alber Elbaz's sketches adorn Lanvin's special FNO tees, iPhone cases and iPad sleeves. All will be available at the luxury label's Rodeo boutique.
Balenciaga (8670 Melrose Ave; 6—9pm): Stop by Balenciaga's WeHo location for a chance to shop an accessories collection designed by Nicolas Ghesquière and Vogue's Grace Coddington for FNO. Per the listing, the pieces will feature "whimsical drawings of Pumpkin" Grace's cat, "modeling iconic Balenciaga looks."
