Everybody: Try to remain calm. Remember how the team at Topshop was dropping hints about opening an LA pop-up shop before the retailer's flagship was unveiled at The Grove? Today, a very kind tipster sent word that right this minute construction is underway at a Topshop and Topman pop-up in the old TableArt space on the corner of Edinburgh and Melrose Avenue.

Racked investigated and it's true—so, so true. We tried to get a look inside but were thwarted by construction workers, so it's hard to put a date on when the place will be open and shoppable. Stay tuned!
