About two weeks ago, Kim Kardashian announced to the world via her Twitter feed that she'd acquired a new furry possession. It wasn't a coat, or a scarf, or a pair of boots—no, it was a tiny, fluffy white teacup Persian. The kitty, which she named Mercy, was a gift from boyfriend Kanye West. As she blogged on September 18th, "Kanye knew I would need some company when he wasn't around so he surprised me with her." Since she's come into Kim's life, the reality TV star has gone nuts on Instagram, posting photo after photo of the animal's tiny blank face.
