Driving Menace Amanda Bynes Moving to NYC to Pursue Fashion

Amanda Bynes will terrorize the streets of LA no more. In an exclusive interview with People, the former actress said: "I am retired as an actor. I am moving to New York to launch my career. I am going to do a fashion line. I am not talking about being arrested for DUI because I don't drink, and I don't drink and drive. It is all false."

This is, of course, despite all evidence to the contrary. People goes on to detail some strange behavior by Bynes at Equinox on Sunset, where a fellow gym goer described the child star as "a mess." At least a move to New York would take driving out of the equation.
