BEVERLY GROVE—Fans of surfing legend Kelly Slater might want to mark this event down in their calendar. Slater, plus a long list of other talents like Tom Curren, Jordy Smith, Lisa Andersen and Lakey Peterson, will be in the house at the Channel Island flagship store at 8175 Melrose Avenue for the 4th Annual Channel Island Surfboard Party.
