Are Vena Cava really working on a horror film? Following their noir film-inspired fall collection, the LA/NY designers reveal on Instagram that their next project is called Heartland, "the Vena Cava Horror Movie by Josh and Benny Safdie."

One Instagram snap features VC co-designer Sophie Buhai channeling a zombie while donning the same lace dress she wore to the label's Chateau Marmont bash last month. Another is a film still. If it's real, this just might be the most stylish scary movie since Rosemary's Baby.
