Comic, Fashion Police host, and American treasure Joan Rivers was kicked out of Costco in Burbank this morning. Why? Joan wasn't happy when the chain refused to stock copies of her book, so she handcuffed herself to a shopping cart. It wasn't a silent protest. She also yelled, "Costco should not be like Nazi Germany! Next thing they'll be burning the Bible." Joan was forcibly removed from the store, but luckily the whole thing is on video. [E! Online]
