American Airlines just got the digital smackdown from LA-based style blogger, Aimee Song. She claims that the airline lost/stole her jewelry and laptop out of her luggage (she's in Brazil for a Schutz store opening). Since they seem to be doing nothing to help her resolve the issue, she's turned to Twitter to call them out—and her 16,000+ loyal followers are pissed. Fans are chiming in with their own bad AA experiences and Song is retweeting all of them. This could get ugly. [Aimee Song/Twitter]
