Michael Phelps, the most decorated Olympian ever, is off the market. Gossip outlets report that the swimmer is dating LA-based aspiring model/actress Megan Rossee, pictured at right in a photo she published on Instagram. A peek at her portfolio reveals that she's done runway for Michael Kors and Betsey Johnson; on a model networking site, she describes herself as, "super easy going and pretty much down for any type of project (that doesn't involve nudity)."
