ONLINE—Online eyewear boutique Lookmatic has just announced two interesting collaborations. The first is with Kristen Lee of LA shop TenOverSix which, you may recall, served as the homebase for a Lookmatic pop-up. The second is with actor Jason Schwartzman, who named his style UncleLeonard after his uncle, Leonard. In the pipeline are frames by Loeffler Randall, designer and actor Waris Ahluwalia and comedienne Aubrey Plaza. [Lookmatic]
SANTA MONICA—With only a month to go until Fashion's Night Out, retailers are beginning to reveal their plans for the big night. We know that the Beverly Center will be participating, as will Santa Monica Place. According to their "Events" page, the Place will be hosting "an evening of fashion shows, exclusive retailer events and promotions and much more" on September 6th from 6 to 9pm.
