What the Team Behind Coach Wears to Work

In this special edition of Working It, we pay a visit to the Coach offices in NYC, to find out what this fashionable team wears to the office. We've also got behind-the-scenes style advice from the designers and employees themselves on how to wear pieces from the newly launched Legacy line.

Grace Ciaccia, Senior Manager, Display Media: My personal style is classic with a modern twist and kind of downtown vibe. I wear lots of neutral colors—especially black—but love to mix it up with bursts of color or fun accessories. Keeping things simple and clean is what makes me most comfortable.

Legacy collection style advice: Have fun with the colors! The silhouettes are amazing and the whole collection is so versatile. Ladies: Don't be afraid to explore the Men's collection—there are some really amazing pieces for everyone. Be comfortable and confident in whatever it is you're wearing.

What she's wearing from the Legacy collection: Universal clutch which really IS universal. It's a great iPad case and an even greater clutch for a night out. The Sue heel in wheat and I'm also wearing the leather double wrap turnlock bracelet. Advertisement

Christine Lee, Design Director: Simplistic, uncomplicated, unadorned. I like to keep it pretty easy going.

Legacy collection style advice: Layer, layer, layer. This collection is so easy to wear! They are great pieces to mix and match between color and texture, whether it's adding a pop to a neutral palette or layering colors for a fashion statement. And it never feels "too much." It's streamlined energy, all of it timeless and classic, so you'll be able to wear it year after year.

Legacy collection style advice: Some of my favorite pieces in the Coach Archive are really well-worn. It's part of our heritage so my advice is to wear it in and let it tell your story.
