Look, official FNO PSA: you can keep your Biebers and your Taylor Swifts. LA's very own FNO PSA has landed and it features Joan Rivers (and the entire cast of E!'s Fashion Police) plus a grab bag of other LA folks like designers Cynthia Vincent, Trina Turk and Tarina Tarantino (the one with bright pink hair) as well as stylist and interior designer Estee Stanley; Real Housewife Taylor Armstrong repping for Beverly Hills; Dancing with the Star's Karina Smirnoff (what?) and randomly, Paula Abdul.

In the video, which was shot at Smashbox Studios, the assembled cast talks about FNO being the "biggest fashion party of the year" and encourages viewers to come out, party and shop. To quote Joan Rivers: "You'll feel like a star!"
