Downtown LA is getting a Supercuts. Brigham Yen reports that the affordable salon has moved into a space in the Market Lofts on 9th Street near Flower that formerly housed a Cold Stone Creamery. The Supercuts is currently under construction and Brigham estimates it will open late 2012. The chain typically charges less than $20 for a cut. [Brigham Yen]
