Reese Witherspoon, Steven Spielberg, Kate Beckinsale and Harvey Weinstein are just a few notable superfans of Manhattan-based optical shop, Leonard Opticians. For over three decades, this NY mainstay has been serving all of Hollywood's Rx needs, from customized framing to superior lens precision, based on prescription. Now, after much persuading by LA-based stars, Leonard has finally set up shop on the West Coast.

The airy Brentwood space features luxe frames by Christian Dior, Chanel and Prada, as well as LA favorites like DITA, L.A. Eyeworks and Oliver Peoples. Sunglasses begin at $120 and custom frames range anywhere from $150 to $2,200.

The brand tells us that in addition to stocking spectacular specs, they're also planning to set up an amp and guitar area for customers to play while they wait, which sure beats leafing through a bin of outdated magazines. Pop by Leonard Opticians Brentwood Monday through Friday (9:30am to 11pm), Saturday (10am to 6pm) or Sunday (11am to 5pm) and welcome them to the neighborhood.
