Los Angeles has more stores than anyone could physically tackle, but somehow we always keep returning to the usual suspects. To break out of the rut, we've asked some local shopping and fashion gurus to provide their hidden retail gems—those unique stores around LA that we might not all know about. Cue the Beatles: We're about to get a little help from our friends.

Laren Parker works at Paul+Williams, a public relations and marketing firm headquartered in New York and Los Angeles. The firm's clients include Dockers, Levi's, Red Wing Heritage, Aether Apparel and more; Parker recently worked with Snoop Dogg (sorry, Snoop Lion) to DJ a private event at the Levi's Haus in Los Angeles in support of his new album Reincarnated. When not working, you can find her at the beach, rollerblading (yes, she said rollerblading) or at Bountiful, her favorite spot in Venice.

Enter and you're in a serene, garden-esque space filled with glassware, china, once-bespoke furniture and even my favorite Kai fragrance products. Whenever I walk into Bountiful and spot the hand-painted tea cups, chenille fabrics and English rose toss pillows, my senses are immediately flooded with warm childhood memories of my great grandmother's house. I always make a point to stop by this eye-catching store on my weekly walks along Abbot Kinney."
