LA-based reality star turned NY-based fashion designer Whitney Port wants you to fund her NYFW show. The Hills alum is hoping to put on the first fan-supported runway by getting individuals to contribute $50,000 to her Whitney Eve spring 2013 show. This will cover the cost for the production company, models, DJ, stylist and space. In exchange, Team Port is offering a variety of rewards for contributors, from pieces from the spring line to a front row seat. What do you think: Bright idea or lofty request?
