Frederick’s of Hollywood is teaming up with model vet Beverly Johnson to launch a line of beauty, haircare and body products—not lingerie. FOH prez tells WWD that the collaboration is a "strategy for spinning the Frederick’s brand into a portfolio of lifestyle categories" and that although expanding into intimates isn't a core focus at the moment, "extensions will be a consideration" further down the road. The line is called "Beverly Johnson Luxurious Lifestyle" and hits fredericks.com this Wednesday. Brick-and-mortar FOH stores will begin stocking the line in September. [WWD, sub req]
