Oh boy. We just got back from a private preview of design extraordinaire Kelly Wearstler's super sample sale and we must warn you: prepare for mega printspiration. The sale opens to the public tomorrow, July 27 from 10am to 6pm and runs through Saturday, July 28. To ensure that you and your wallet are well-equipped for the fashionable frenzy, we've rounded up some snaps and deets on what to expect.

Upon entering the sale, which is located at 7961 West 3rd Street (two blocks west of Fairfax, at the corner of 3rd and Edinburgh), you'll be asked to relinquish your purse, so consider bringing a small clutch that fits your phone and cash/card instead. Racks are plentiful and are arranged by size and category.

The front of house includes artsy tees ($35), silk tanks ($40), sweatshirts ($40), Wearstler's signature printed scarves ($40), shorts ($50), flouncy skirts ($65), party pants ($75), fancy blouses ($75), dresses ($95), jackets ($95), maxi dresses ($125), coats ($150), sparkly footwear by N.D.C. ($300) and leather ($395). If you buy anything at this sale, nab that killer tie-dye suede jacket near the entrance. Trust us.

Bargain hunters should beeline to the back for the best price slashes. There are two racks and an entire wall dedicated to mega discounted sample pieces—some are even original samples. These items are marked by color: pink is $25 (tanks, tees and pajama-style pants), green is $50 (blouses, skirts) and blue is $65 (outerwear, dresses). Finally, to the left of the checkout counter you'll encounter Wearstler's stellar statement accessories, including bold belts ($40), leather bracelets ($65), quartz embellished cuffs ($75) and stone pendant necklaces ($125).

Once you've gathered your heap of items to try on, there's an open dressing room area with a large mirror. Look out for rejected items on hangers in the middle and to the right of this room—you might find exactly what you're looking for. Good luck!
