News broke in April that every teen girls' favorite kooky prom dress designer Betsey Johnson was bankrupt. Soon after, we learned that Betsey Johnson stores would be liquidated, then closed.

No locations were spared, not even Betsey's Melrose boutique, which has sign holders promoting its 60% off sale up and down Melrose Avenue. A store employee told Racked that they haven't been given an official closing date, but they think they have another four or so weeks left and that the markdowns will increase as time goes on.
