It was more than six months ago that Echo Park-based accessories designer Clare Vivier moved out of the storefront she shared with fellow accessories designer Kathryn Bentley and into her own showroom at the corner of West Sunset and Micheltorena. Bentley turned the space into her own boutique, Dream Collective, and now Clare has followed suit, transforming that showroom space into the very first standalone store for her line of brightly-colored handbags and small leather goods.
To complement her own offerings, Vivier has stocked the space with a small assortment of jewelry by Grace Lee and summery items from Steven Alan, as well as Andrea Maack fragrance, copies of Lizzie Garrett Mettler's Tomboy Style and her very own stationary. Take a virtual tour, above, and click to Vivier's blog for inspiring before-and-after shots.
