Nicholas Bowes, a Australian designer who appeared on NBC's Fashion Star, has opened his own shop in DTLA. The store, which is located on 8th and Spring St, arrived last week. Blogger Brigham Yen is excited about the development, stating that he believes that the Historic Core is becoming LA's "new Melrose Ave." [Brigham Yen]
