The price tag for the Malibu Lumber Yard? $35.5 million. Per a WWD report, that's how much Columbus, Ohio-based Glimcher Realty Trust recently paid to acquire the shopping center. Glimcher owns 25 other malls nationwide but only two in CA: Puente Hills Mall in City of Industry and Weberstown Mall in Stockton. The Lumber Yard, which opened in 2009, took $25 million to build.
