ONLINE—We're always suckers for a cute dog video, and this one not only stars rescue animals but is also a preview of LA designer Trina Turk's collection for Banana Republic. Banana partnered with the ASPCA to make the video. [Elle]

HIGHLAND PARK—Popomomo designer and friend of Racked Lizz Wasserman has designed a pretty, geometric-print tank for online shop Of a Kind. As with all OAK collaborations, there is some background on the designer, including a mini-tour of her Highland Park studio space. [Of a Kind]

VENICE—The motorcycle enthusiasts at new Venice shop Deus ex Machina are throwing a surf, motorcycle, car and art carnival this weekend and you're invited. It's happening tomorrow at 1001 Venice Boulevard from noon to 6pm. Stop by for bikes, bands, food, beer and more fun stuff. [Racked Inbox]

BEVERLY HILLS—Hudson Jeans is sponsoring the sixth annual Kidstock Music and Arts Festival, which is back this weekend at Greystone Mansion. The festival, which opens at noon on Sunday, will have live music, arts and crafts, food, photo booths and more. Hudson jeans will be selling special pairs for the event; there will also be a Toms stand offering customizable shoes.
