Get excited, Downtowners: Ross Dress for Less is coming. The discount chain has put up signs heralding its "coming soon" status at the Woolworth Building on Broadway. Downtown blogger Brigham Yen spoke with the building's owner, who expects that the store will open sometime in late 2012/early 2013. Always the optimist, Brigham blogs: "Although Ross is not considered an upscale clothing store, it would still be a large improvement over the current rundown situation along most of Broadway today with plans to also clean-up and restore the beautiful historic Woolworth structure."
