Just when we think we've seen it all, a ballsy label comes along to turn the fashion game on its head. Cast of Vices is an LA-based line that specializes in creating "artifacts out of our vices" while "casting a critical eye on pop culture," according to their website. The results include controversial T-shirts, jewelry and accessories that are inspired by reckless behavior. From "I'm a mess" pins to sterling silver Xanax pill necklaces, the brand's shock value has attracted the likes of Vogue, Oyster, I-D, W and Details.
For spring, Cast of Vices decides to glorify unglamorous things even further by adding a playful pop of neon to unexpected muses. Their Corner Store Leather Shopper ($198) is made of recycled lambskin leather and is inspired by classic restaurant take-out bags that feature slogans like "Have a Nice Day" and "Thank you." These limited-edition shoppers come in lime green, blue and red. The collection also includes unisex leather hospital bracelets ($65) in fluorescent red and yellow. What will they think of next?
