Los Angeles has more stores than anyone could physically tackle, but somehow we always keep returning to the usual suspects. To break out of the rut, we've asked some local shopping and fashion gurus to provide their hidden retail gems—those unique stores around LA that we might not all know about. Cue the Beatles: We're about to get a little help from our friends.

Spoiled Little L.A. Girls was launched by Jennifer and Rahiel, two friends who decided to start a website where they try on clothes, shoes and accessories, use beauty products, play with gadgets, and eat goodies, then review them. Today, they give us the real dirt on Pickett Fences, their favorite shop for doodads and knick-knacks.
"We stumbled upon Pickett Fences when we happened to walk past it one day on our way to Starbucks. The windows caught our eye and once we walked in the doorway we couldn't leave. Every step we took we found something we wanted for ourselves or someone else. We like Pickett Fences because it offers something for everyone, especially for those on the go. You can find gifts for adults and children, an outfit to wear for the evening as well as a little something for the man in your life. It's definitely one of those stores you can get lost in for hours. Even if you leave with nothing, the experience is always fun!"
