Los Angeles Confidential highlights the LA-favored perfumes that have received a FiFi Fragrance Hall of Fame Award, which is "akin to getting a lifetime achievement Oscar." Past recipients include Giorgio Beverly Hills, and, of course, the late Elizabeth Taylor’s iconic fragrance, White Diamonds, which debuted in 1991 when the star was living in Bel Air.
