Following Jessica Simpson's lavish baby shower, E! Network vet Guiliana Rancic revealed images of the mini celebration her co-workers threw for her yesterday in honor of her upcoming first child via gestational surrogate. Coordinated by her assistant Sarah Knight, the bash was charming and long overdue, considering that Rancic has been candid about her health difficulties.
