Style bible GQ now recommends that men launder their jeans after about six months of wear. As they put it, "some balls-out denim nerds encourage bogus rituals, like frolicking in the sand with your favorite pair and then bathing with 'em in the ocean. Or waiting three years before introducing your jeans to detergent. Don't be that guy." [GQ]
