Vera Wang has been showing the West Coast lots of love lately. Earlier this year, the New Yorker purchased a four-bedroom "zen escape" in Beverly Hills to flee to when she needs a change of pace. Last month, she treated Cali brides to her witchcraft-inspired wedding gowns at the Unveiled bridal event. Now, she's bringing her hotly-anticipated spring 2013 bridal collection to Melrose this week.

As noted on Wang's blog, the designer will showcase her latest wedding wears at the Vera Wang Bridal House at 8445 Melrose Ave this Thursday, April 26 through Saturday, April 28. To spice things up, she's swapping traditional white and ivory gowns for a sea of cardinal, scarlet, cherry and burgundy numbers that only the boldest of brides could pull off. Perhaps one Angelina Jolie might oblige?
